The costs are clearly and comprehensively regulated in the temporary employment contract. Therefore, the amount which must be paid depends on the duration of the assignment and the qualification of the employees.
In general, temporary employment is not only a way to obtain short-term reinforcements. It is indeed possible for us to agree to permanently transfer the worker to your company. However, this must be coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
We exclusively place skilled professionals who have already begun or completed their professional recognition process and have passed our double qualification program. Our pool consists of physiotherapists with different further education and specializations, so that we can meet your needs.
The legal regulations stipulate a maximum assignment duration of 18 months. But don’t worry – we have a large pool of participants, so we can provide you with additional workers. A seamless transition is therefore easily possible.
Therapists from abroad have either completed a physiotherapy education or degree and are further qualified by us to meet the standards set by the German Training and Education Act. This also includes the necessary language proficiency.
Therapists from abroad must have at least a B1 or B2 language proficiency level. The language proficiency is assessed by official recognition authorities. Additionally, our physiotherapists undergo a specialized language test, enabling them to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in the practice.
Of course! Together with the therapists, we go through a special program that complies with German laws and regulations. Therefore, we can ensure that all guidelines are followed.
